If you feel you could be ready to make the changes you need, gain traction and stop spinning your wheels in the sand then take the next step and book a Coaching Focus Call.

Let’s;

  • Clarify your challenges and strengths and look at where they show up

  • Identify the core issues behind the challenges that are holding you up

  • Begin to discover where your strengths, passions and values align.

You’ll feel a greater sense of clarity and be more confident that you can harness your strengths and achieve greater success.

Tony, this is all clear, but what happens when I book a coaching focus call?

First, you’ll receive a meeting link and a short email. You’ll get a couple of reminders of the meeting before it happens. One of them has a link to a short form for some background info about you, your circumstances and where ADHD is impacting your life. This is really useful info and saves time better spent on our call talking about your challenges.

During our call I’ll want to hear more about your challenges and I’ll be picking out the why’s behind the challenges so we can dig a little deeper and gain greater clarity around the ways your ADHD is impacting your life. Along the way we can pick out topics that we could coach around. The call will be recorded using Fathom and a summary of the call will go into the Coaching Proposal that my PA, Naomi, will send after our call.

Along with the summary the Coaching Proposal will contain information about session lengths, frequency, how to book, rate card etc.. for you to consider and an invitation to start coaching.

Book an Introductory call directly through my scheduler.
